This happened in a town who's police told me "that's not my job" when I called to report automatic gunfire.

It's NOT your right to be a HUGE mover of the world at MILLIONAIRE level by our TAX equal partnership at 80% participation. 80% of society is a member of this tax group. 80% deemed your wealth past a million to be OURS and not yours because we want an EQUAL society.
