I bet you could cure cancer with a shadow and expect to perfect. I've reduced swellings simply with the words "snow ice water" and a shadow. You can also reduce swellings by letting water soak into your skin. Interestingly enough, swimmers have a 28% lower risk of death. I theorize this is because the swim water is a cold counter to all heat in our system. The swimmer is not only DRINKING water, the swimmer is completely EMERSED in water. Very valuable cooling.
