Notice this trend of "if rare in society, then experiences altered reality." I bet people with blue eyes experience altered reality more often as well. Basically any minority: Mexicans, Asians, Blacks, rare eyes, whatever makes you rare makes you more likely to STAND OUT within mind interact and you start to hear and perhaps SEE an altered reality whether pleasant or scary. I think cops are more likely to hear people altered into "I murdered" and other scary things because cops are a HUGE fear among SPEEDERS! JUST for that!! And the reverse. The cop is altered into "I murdered." for people he pulls over every once in a while.
