I got my thermoelectric coolers as a gift for the Holidays but they're not practical for rewinding matter waves with the voltage regulator I have. You remember I can rewind matter waves by shifting my focus to cooler or by thinking the words "SNOW ICE WATER." But I have little control over the shift. But with precise cooling adjustment I should be able to precisely rewind these matter waves. An encrypted message can be rewound to it's origin. The voltage regulator I have is not precise enough. I need something with ABSOLUTE precision, but I'm BROKE!!!
