subject: Hired. You're Hired Bezos To Improve Amazon if You Rejoin

Where do we start. You suck Amazon is all I have to say. We're POOR people and we have a right to a job in China, a fascist state, but here in the United States we don't have that right, so we have to rely on you guy. You could help me improve your company by hiring me to join your team improving breaking incidents all day. I see a breaker and I trace it out for you all day every day. Who trained him. Why?
The way I would introduce all new hires. Me standing in front of new group imitating a new package: "mom you got your package" and I THROW the packaged onto the floor. "Does this make sense everyone?" "OF COURSE NOT!!!"
NO PRESSURE everyone. The software has GLITCHES and we're IMPROVING IT every day. Take your time, don't BREAK stuff. Don't WORRY about going fast, once you get good at your routine you will AUTOMATICALLY go fast because it's a memorized routine. New people will be WOWED by you but there will be NO pressure for them. Just don't BREAK stuff!!!
These are SIMP{LE jobs and we're improving thing.
This is the way it SHOULD run but it's NOT!!! There is a pressure to BREAK product all day as new employees are pressured to go FASTER!!! This BREAK BREAK BREAK ethos runs THROUGHOUT the business man and made it into a training AND safety video!!!! This BREAKING routine makes it into TRAINING and makes it into BERATES. I had a guy come "help me out" by walking into my aisle and doing HIS normal routine of BREAK. Well we're to SLOW for him. NOPE!!!! We're NOT!!! And there's ANOTHER DAY!!! If we need more people we need more people but we will NOT break product, but these senior people don't get that man. This is a HUGE problem and I'm surprised Amazon hasn't been sued by a group of people who store their products in Amazon.
Do a NORMAL pace. DON'T RUSH!!! Don't live i a PANIC mode where you feel ANY firing pressure at ALL because you are not the guy who THROWS a package into your mother's room because it's FASTER!!!
This seems really BASIC to you and I but it's NOT to these people. I ran into this at the other facility and I'm running into it at THIS facility. These poor people LOVE working for you, but they DO NOT like this MEAN people who PRESSURE them to move so fast they have to BREAK product.
People should be comfortable enough to take these people who PRESSURE speed at the expense of the safety of product STRAIGHT to the top manager of the business and these people should get NO resistance from these top managers like I did, until I won him over.
If we need more people, we'll hire more people, and we will NOT break stuff for speed. PERIOD. But that's not the ethos dude, straight up to TRAINING videos, with a pressure SO HIGH adults are CRYING guys. These people should not work in a constant WORRY state. The job will COME to them and then they are pro!!! You know what I'm saying? Amazon need to be the HERO for these poor people not a bad experience man.
People should not be at the emotion of "murdering their managers" and senior people in the business. BREAKING stuff dude. And if you don't BREAK stuff you're to slow for these morons. I shouldn't have to DRAG these guys up to the top manager. EVERYONE should drag people up to the top manager if they are threatened by more senior people.
"Now what we're you telling me? Now tell him."
That email got me fired for violating Amazon's nonviolence policy. I sent this story to MANY news media outlets and they don't move.
